Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed during business hours and generally ship within 1-3 business days. However, processing times can take longer, especially during holidays.
Store Credit Return Policy
At Copper and Reed, we want you to love what you've ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by visiting our returns page.
- Returns must be sent to the following address: 713 Woodside Ln., Bay City, MI 48708.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products, gift cards and mystery items (tees and sweatshirts) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- To start your return, please visit our returns center at https://account.copperandreed.com.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
